The Surgery
By local anesthesia with sedation and the doctor will make the incision on the drawn marks right above the eyelashes.
Remove the unwanted excess skin and fat from both the upper and lower lids
Suture the new eye-folds neatly
Stitch the incision by small stitches and hide the crease line under the new eyelids.

                                Post Operation Care
After the surgery, the patients should keep their head elevated and with cold compress. Clean the wound by water and apply with ointment. Take the painkiller or medications prescribed by doctor. Meet the doctor for a follow up check and removal of stitches one week after the surgery. The wound will get better in 1-2 weeks. The patients could use the concealers or corrective cosmetics to cover if there's any bruises. After 1-3 months the new eyelids will be completely healed.
