Qualification
- Any gender / Any age / Thai Nationality
- Any education background but human resources background is preferred
- Perform strong communication skills in English esp. writing, listening & speaking
- Be able to use Microsoft office application such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Have friendly personality and Service minded
- Hardworking, Dedicated to work overtime
- Possess a good management skill
- Be Knowledgable in Social Security, Personal Income Tax and Labor Laws is preferred
- Have a good communication skill
- Be a good team player
Job Description
- Manipulate the recruitment process
- Plan and implement training programs (e.g. Oreintaion, Information Training)
- Monitor and handle labor working hour
- Responsible for Company library system
- Responsible for Compensation and Benefits (Include Payroll, Social security and Personel Income Tax)
- Company's activities and Issue newsletter to Inform the company news
- Responsible for Company's activities and announcement to company's members
- Enforce the company policy, rules and regulations
- Purchase office equipment
- Responsible for a Performance Processing Development (e.g. Staffs Evaluation and KPIs)
- Responsible for an office supply and inventory management
- Working on Mon Sat 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
