Job Description
- Greeting and selling products to walk-in customers
- Selling the tour programs & providing service to customers over the phone, chat & e-mail
- Able
to impress the customers and callers with your active initiative and
willingness to solve customer problem
- Assistant customers with inquires about their travel itinerary
- Make a reservation for customer by system ,so you must be able to operate Galileo and Worldspan
- Working on Mon Sat 8.30 am - 5.30 pm, Can work on holiday
