	Terms and Conditions Thaifly.com Affiliate Program These terms and conditions apply to an individual and/or company(s) who participates in the Thaifly.com Affiliate program. 1. In Joining the Program By filling out the application form you will automatically become Thaifly.com Affiliate Partner.Your participation in the program is solely to legally advertise Thaifly.com web site and to receive a commission, based on the products purchased by the individuals who have been referred to our site through your banner. 2. Revocation of Affiliate Status Your Affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons: - Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities - Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks) - Violation of intellectual property rights (copying material belonging to Thaifly.com that are used other than promotion materials and/or material proposed in our member area) - Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc) 3. Linking to Thaifly.com! You may use graphic links on your web site and text links via emails. These are by banners or links that you send via your email. 4. Affiliate Commission Affiliate commission will be paid out monthly basis for a minimum 2,000 baht commission by cheque. Unique payment incentives are also available to select partners which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our Affiliate Marketing Team at marketing@thaifly.com for more information. (If your commission does not reach minimum check payout, it will simply be rolled over to next month. Your commissions will be accumulated indefinitely with no expiration date.) If the referred product was refunded, money was reimbursed or a credit card charge back occurred, We at Thaifly.com have the right to deduct the appropriate commissions. *Note : Your affiliate commission does not include Bank transfer fees. 5. Terms of the agreement These terms will begin upon your sign up with the Affiliate Program and will end when either you or Thaifly.com terminates your Affiliate status. The terms of this agreement may be modified at any time by Thaifly.com!. If any modification is unacceptable for you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate status. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change. 6. Liability Thaifly.com will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "Intents of Harm" to the program. Thaifly.com does not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Affiliate Program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of Thaifly.com will be error-free and will not be liable for any interruptions or errors. 7. Responsibility for Your Site You will be solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site. For example, you will be solely responsible for: the technical operation of your site and linking those descriptions to the Thaifly.com Site catalog the accuracy and appropriateness of materials posted on your site (including, among other things, all Product-related materials) ensuring that materials posted on your site do not violate or infringe(including, for example, copyrights, trademarks, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights) ensuring that materials posted on your site are not violate infringe. 8.
